Myth and fact no 1: I do not ovulate regularly does it matter as I do not plan to have children. Having children or not is your decision it does not matter. But if you are not ovulating each month your boy will be depriving of various vital and important hormones, progesterone which makes you so much weak. As being weak you are more susceptible to the estrogen dominance conditions like breast cancer, Fibroid.

Myth and fact no 2: a getting period regularly means I must be ovulating. If you are having regular period it does not means that you are ovulating. As the estrogen production increases and decreases month by month to signal the progress and maturity of the uterine lining and subsequent shedding. Getting regular ovulation is essential to balance the healthy hormone regardless of maternity plans.

Myth and fact no 3: I cannot have PCOS because I had ultrasound and it shows no cysts on my ovaries. Our body has unique work flow it breaks down and resolves cysts regularly so presence of cyst does not matter. This PCOS syndrome is defined on the basis of presence of symptoms that also includes these like infertility, acne and oily skin, weight gain, head hair loss, excess facial/body hair, insulin resistance, poor glucose tolerance, irregular menstrual cycles.

Myth and fact no 4: Nothing can be wrong hormonally as the blood test was fine. Positive thinking is good but when it comes to health the hormonal blood test are the poor predications of health or disease. As the reference range is much broader and Reference ranges for hormones must be set by health screening of the people who are used to set the range for any reproductive disorders such as fibroid, breast cancer PCOS, irregular menses, heavy menses, painful periods, infertility, etc. And select the only those who have perfect period timings and who ovulate every month at mid-scale. So set those people as a range for measurement of the blood test and symptoms of PCOS syndrome.

Myth and fact no 5: the persons with PCOS syndrome or fibroid, they cannot have children and they can have children if they undergo aggressive fertility treatments. In actual you can have children if you posses any of these symptoms of these condition because they do not create infertility directly. As it depends upon the condition how severe it is, you can have a combination of therapies like surgery and drugs both. If you undergo a homeopathic treatment it can alone be sufficient for solving the problem.

Myth and fact no 6: The natural therapies have no support by research and studies. The natural therapies like, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, vitamins have many researches that prove them to be correct on scientific scale. In past time the research for PCOS syndrome was very sparse but now the public interest has brought up those to the limelight.
